Treatment plans can focus on the following

There are a variety of symptoms associated with digestive disorders, and for many it affects quality of life through bloating, gas, pain, constipation, diarrhoea, GERD, lack of energy, anxiety and sleep disturbances. Tackling IBS and other inflammatory bowel diseases requires an individual approach to target food allergies, intolerances, inflammation, gut permeability, malabsorption, SIBO and slow metabolism.

For those exercising regularly or suffering with inflammatory arthritis or osteoporosis, there are specific protocols which can help reduce inflammation and improve joint health. Functional, nutrient dense foods are used for optimum vitamin and mineral content, phytonutrients to support anti-inflammatory role and supplements like hydrolysed collagen can help joint health and keep individuals exercising or competitively training at the highest level.

There is increasing research which correlates skin conditions like acne, eczema, psoriasis and rosacea with gut health. Optimising nutrition and identifying nutritional and hormone imbalances are necessary to treat clients. Appropriate supplementation is often required to treat underlying imbalances and tackle inflammation.

Resetting the metabolism is necessary for weight loss and helps balance hormones. It is particularly important for clients who are hypothyroid, PCOS or struggling to control weight. Regulating blood sugar metabolism is critical in many chronic inflammatory conditions.
